SHIPPING INFORMATION

Cost of postage is as follows:

UK Standard Shipping
FREE

We do not ship to addresses outside of the UK or Northern Ireland.

We aim to have orders placed before 1pm GMT on weekdays, despatched the same day. This does not include Bank Holidays or during promotional periods. Otherwise, your order will be despatched the following working day.

Your order will be delivered within 2-3 working days of purchase.

Who do I contact if I haven't received my order?

If you haven't received your order in the stipulated timescales above, please contact revitalash@harpargrace.com, within 14 days, stating your order number. Alternatively please call us on +44 2038 686242.

ORDERS & RETURNS

If you have purchased directly from our website, you may return the product within 14 calendar days after receipt – providing the product has not been used. We will then issue a full refund (minus shipping and handling fees), as long as you have notified us via email: revitalash@harpargrace.com

Please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition: Unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-saleable. You must also include your packing slip and returns form.
